Terms of Sale

This Terms of Sale is intended to inform any potential consumer on the terms and conditions under which the seller makes the sale, and to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of Services by the seller to the consumer that applies without restriction or qualification, to all sales by "Minecraft-ServerList.com" ("Minecraft-ServerList", "our", "we", "us"). The Terms of Sale are an extension to the general Terms of Service, which apply when using this Service. "Minecraft-ServerList.com" operates the https://minecraft-serverlist.com website, which provides the Service.

Acceptance of Terms of Sale

Each time you use or access Minecraft-ServerList.com or any sub domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

The fact for a person to purchase a premium option on our Service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which the buyer acknowledges prior to its purchase. The buyer declares to be of legal age (18) or have permissions from a parent and/or legal guardian.

Prices

All prices listed on our Service are listed in Dollars (USD, $). Any other charges imposed by the government, as well as transaction fees or other possible costs are included in the price unless indicated otherwise. Premium option prices can be changed by us at any time. Auction bidding prices are defined by the consumer, they are not affected by this rule.

Auction and Bidding

By placing a bid during an auction you agree that if your bid is in the top four (4) bids (winning bids) when the auction closes you will pay the full amount within forty-eight (48) hours of the auction ending. You may also be obliged to pay if another server fails to do so (or is removed from the Service) and your bid moves into the new top four (4) bids. If this situation arises, payment is again expected within forty-eight (48) hours of us giving notice. Failure to pay will result in the permanent removal of your server, and any other servers owned by the account which placed the bid, from our Service. We reserve the right to remove bids at any point during and after the auction provided payment has not been made. Auctions take place every two (2) weeks, which will make the validity of your premium option be two (2) weeks (fourteen (14) days). We reserve the right to change the method by which premium options are allocated biweekly and also the quantity and nature of the options.

Payments

Payments for any premium option can be made by using the payment service PayPal, provided by PayPal Holdings, Inc. The receipt of the purchase will be made after confirmation of payment by Paypal and will be send to the email address linked to the user account with which the payment was initiated. The buyer guarantees that they have the required permission to make a payment through PayPal and the associated PayPal account.

The purchase will be considered final only after payment of the full price by the consumer. The premium option(s) will only start after the payment of the full price. The services related to auctions are started after the payment of the full price and after the start date of delivery specified in the rules of the auction.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any services, regardless of their nature and level of performance in the event of non-payment of any sum payable by the buyer, in case of a payment incident or in case payment fraud is detected.

Refunds

Once payment of a premium option was performed on our Service, it is possible to receive a refund only in the case of an extreme malfunction or extreme disruption of the Service. The refund will be proportional to the duration of the extreme malfunction or extreme disruption of the Service. If a premium server is to be removed due to violations of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or this Terms of Sale, a refund totaling the remaining amount of premium days will be available on request. Administration fees totaling 10% of the refund amount will be deducted from any refund made.

It is to the entire discretion of Minecraft-ServerList.com to decide if there was an extreme malfunction or extreme disruption of the Service that may cause a refund.

Applicable Law

Please note that these Terms of Sale, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Dutch law.

Changes to this Terms of Sale

We may update our Terms of Sale from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Sale on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
